Terms of use
The short version: you’re free to play, stream and make videos about our games without asking. Putting the games on other sites or taking their art and music requires our permission.

Where these terms apply
These terms cover krendo.games, the game pages supernova.krendo.games and unfair.krendo.games, and the games themselves. By using the sites and the games, you accept these terms. How we handle data is explained in the privacy policy.
Who owns what
The games, the sites and everything on them — code, graphics, animation, music, sounds, text, game titles and the logo — belong to Krendo Games unless stated otherwise and are protected by copyright. Third-party materials such as fonts and icons are used under their licenses, and their authors keep the rights to them.
Go ahead, no need to ask
- Play — for free, as much as you like.
- Stream and make videos: let’s plays, reviews, walkthroughs, clips — and monetize them on YouTube, Twitch and other platforms. A link to the game in the description is always appreciated.
- Take screenshots and write about the games: articles, reviews and round-ups can use our covers, screenshots and logo, with the logo left unaltered.
- Draw fan art and share it, as long as you don’t sell it.
Two requests: don’t present your video or post as official studio material, and don’t upload the games’ music as standalone tracks.
Only with our permission
- putting the games on other websites, game portals or app stores, including embedding them in an iframe;
- modifying the games, or extracting their code, graphics, music or sounds for your own projects;
- using the game titles, characters or the studio logo commercially: in advertising, on merchandise or in the names of your products.
Want to do one of these — say, host a game on your portal or make merch? Write to hello@krendo.games and let’s talk. Hacking the sites or games, faking ad impressions or flooding the sites with automated requests is off-limits in any case.
No warranties
The games and sites are free and provided “as is”. We work hard to keep everything running, but we don’t promise that a game will run on every device and browser, or that your saves will never disappear: they live in your browser and are erased along with the site’s data. To the extent permitted by law, the studio is not liable for such losses.
Other services and links
The game pages show ads and include a YouTube trailer, and the sites link to other resources. Their owners are responsible for their content and rules.
Changes
These terms may be updated — the date at the top of the page shows when they last changed. These terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Questions: hello@krendo.games.
